Abraham
From Hebrew meaning "father of many," Abraham was the son of Terah and patriarch of both the Hebrews and the Arabs. With his wife, Sarah, he fathered Ishmael and Isaac. He was originally known as Abram or "exalted father" but when he accepted one true God he added became Abraham. Nicknames for Abraham include Abe and Bram.
