Serindë
This is the name of the first wife of Finwë, king of Noldor. Exhausted by the birth of her son Fëanor (the father of Amras), she renounced her role as a wife, but later emerged from retirement to become a historian of the House of Finwë, weaving its stories into a great tapestry. Her name means "embroiderer".
